Cancellation
You want to cancel your reservation?
Cancellations of contractually booked services before the agreed parking time starts are only possible if the flexible rate of the individual product has been selected. In order to avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must be made in writing to PPG, stating your transaction number under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage. Cancellations must be declared by the day of arrival; the date of receipt of the declaration by PPG is decisive for the time of cancellation. In the case of cancellations declared after the day of arrival, only the proportionate parking fees up to the end of the hiring period can be refunded.

Do you want to change your reservation?
Rebooking changes and subsequent changes to contractually booked services are also only possible if the correspondingly flexible rate for the individual product has been selected and the corresponding parking space capacity still exists. Requests for rebooking and/or changes must also be made in writing under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage.

What do I enter as a license plate in the booking form?
Please enter your official license plate.
My license plate has changed in the meantime. Do I need to report this?
Yes, the license plate can be adjusted at any time in the login area.
We would like to book parking spaces for several vehicles, do we always have to re-enter all data?
Yes, a separate booking is required for each vehicle.
How can I book a parking space?
Booking is only possible online via the website.
What is the difference between FIX and FLEX options?
FIX bookings cannot be cancelled or amended; FLEX bookings can be cancelled and amended.
What do I have to do if my travel dates change?
Changes can be made in the login area.
Our car is still unknown. What should I enter in the License plate field?
Please enter UNKNOWN and add the license plate later.
Our flight number is still unknown. What should I enter in the Flight number field?

Why can't we book shuttle parking on the website anymore?
This product is currently no longer available.
Our flight was postponed by a few days by the tour operator. Can we still use our booking?

What is the maximum number of guests per booking?
A maximum of 8 people are allowed per booking.
Does the women's parking space have to be booked in advance or is it enough if I ask the local employees?
It is not necessary to book in advance; please contact local employees.

Can we have our e-vehicle charged during the parking stay?
There are currently no charging options available.
We have to extend our parking time, what do we have to do about this?
The booking can be extended in the login area.
We would like to arrive earlier or later than stated. Is this a problem?
No It is possible to enter and exit at any time on the day of arrival and departure.
Will we be assigned a parking space?
No, there is a free choice of parking spaces in the parking garage.
Do I have to leave my car key?
No, the car key remains with you.
I'm coming with a trailer. Can I also turn it off?
No, trailers are not allowed in the parking garage.
Can I park with you for just a few hours?
No, a day ticket is always charged.
Can we park our motorbike at your place?
No, motorbikes are not allowed.
We have postponed our booking confirmation, what do we have to do?
The booking confirmation can be retrieved at any time in the login area.
We are scheduled to land at XX:XX. How much time do we have to leave?
The departure is possible at a flexible time on the day of return.
Can we also drive in without an existing reservation?
No, entry is only possible with a valid reservation and QR code.
I work close to the airport. Can I also rent a permanent parking space?

What is the maximum entrance height to the parking garage?
The maximum entrance height is 2.00 m.
What type of parking spaces are involved?
Public car park; covered floors 1—7, outdoor floors 8—9.
How many vehicles fit in the parking garage?
A total of 2,150 parking spaces are available.
Are there parking spaces for customers with disabilities in your parking garage?
Yes, parking spaces for disabled and mother-child people are located right next to the entrance.
What happens if we no longer find a free parking space?
Your reservation guarantees a parking space.
My vehicle is higher than the maximum entrance height, can I still park with you?
No, vehicles over 2.00 m cannot enter.
Where can we find a contact person in the parking garage?
In the 24-hour service center on site.
Is your parking space secured?
Yes, the car park is monitored by camera and staffed 24 hours a day.
How can we enter the parking garage?
Please scan the QR code for your booking at the barrier.

Is the parking garage right at the airport?
No, it is located in Kelsterbach, approx. 8 minutes to Terminal 1 and 11 minutes to Terminal 2.
Is there a toilet in the parking garage?
Yes, in the service center downstairs.
How much time do we need to plan for?
Please allow approx. 30-40 minutes to get to the terminal terminal station.
Is American Express offered as a local payment method?
Common payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay are accepted.

Are there child seats in your shuttle vehicles?
No The shuttle is considered a regular service, so child seats are not required.
Can we also just use the transfer without parking?
No, the shuttle service is only possible with a valid parking reservation.

The exact stops are signposted at the terminals.
Where will we be picked up again at the airport?
At the designated shuttle stops in the terminals.
When do the shuttles to the airport depart?
The shuttle service is available 24/7 as needed.
Where can we find the transfer timetables?
There is no fixed timetable; the transfer is tailored to your needs.
We are a travel group of XX people. Is it possible for all guests to travel on a shuttle?
A joint trip for all guests cannot be guaranteed.
Do I have to call for a pick-up when I return?
No, the transfer is carried out automatically as required.
How many customers can fit in a shuttle?
A shuttle offers approx. 20 seats and 15 standing places.
What does on-demand transfer mean?
The shuttle runs without a fixed timetable as soon as there is a need.

No, pets are allowed as long as they are carried in a transport box.
Can they also spend the night at your place?
No, overnight stays in a parking garage are not possible.
Are there discounts for travel agents?
No, discounts are not offered to travel agents.
Who pays for damage to my vehicle?
Environmental damage is covered by the parking garage; in the event of parking disruptors, the person responsible is liable.

Our car park — the top dog at Frankfurt Airport
The closest and largest of all car parks at the airport - with a 50% price advantage over other airport car parks. With a distance of only approx. 3.7 km and a transfer time of 8 minutes and over 2,100 parking spaces, our car park is the top dog at Frankfurt Airport.

Spring 2023: Top dog with a new appearance
